First of all, we would like to welcome all of you to ICMAP 2018, Incheon, Korea. Thank you for presenting your studies in the conference.
To make sure that all sessions run smoothly, we provided the following brief guidelines for all authors to follow:
1. Presentation Time
- Length of presentation material should be in accordance with your time assigned as follows;
- - Keynote Presentation: 40 min. including Q&A
- - Invited Presentation: 30 min. including Q&A
- - Oral Presentation: 20 min. including Q&A
- Due time is strongly encouraged.
- Presentation material is to be concise, succinct, and clearly understood.
2. Presentation File & Speaker's Autobiography
- Presentation file should be prepared in MS-PowerPoint or PDF formats in English
- If you use fonts other than standard Windows Office 2010, please bring the font files along with the presentation file.
- Please bring your PowerPoint presentation file on USB memory stick and submit it to the staff of each presentation room at least15 minutes before each session starts. The operator will load the presentation files to the laptop PC.
3. Audio Visual Equipment
- All presenters are required to use only venue facilities. Each session room will be equipped with the following facilities;
- - Laptop computer running MS-Office Powerpoint 2010 operated in Windows 7 with compact disk reader (CD&DVD) and USB drive
- - Smart Pointer and mouse
- - Beam projector (RGB Port)
- - Screen
- It is strongly discouraged to bring your own laptop computer (especially Apple laptop) unless your presentation requires any special software and/or hardware.
- If you would like to use any other A/V equipment, please inform us no later than July 10, 2018.
4. No Camera & No Record
- Please note that photo taking and video recording are strictly prohibited in the presentation room.

- Each poster will be assigned a panel, which has its own paper's number at the conference.
- We do not specify the poster format, but each poster should include the paper title, authors, affiliation, and paper number and must fit within a 0.9m X 1.2m space.
- Each paper's code will be shown on the board.
- Poster presenters are required to prepare their own poster materials in advance and post their presentations 30 min. prior to each session.
- Please remove your poster within 1 hour after your session is ended. All remaining posters will be removed.
- The materials such as some scissors and tapes will be provided in poster session place.

Best Poster Award
- All posters submitted by students will be eligible for award nomination
- If you would like to apply for the Best Poster Award, please check “Yes” when you submit the register form.
- We do not specify the poster format, but each poster should include the paper title, authors, affiliation, and paper number and must fit within a 0.9m X 1.2m space.
- Scientific Committee Chair will review posters right after the poster put-up time.
- A prize and a certificate will be given for the winners in the closing ceremony.
However, the winners who do not participate in the closing ceremony cannot receive the prize.

- Please be present in your assigned room at least 10 min.
before the start of your session to introduce yourself to the speakers in your session.
- As participants may have planned to attend specific presentations, please kindly keep the presentation as scheduled.
Each speaker shall be advised of his responsibility to stay on schedule at the beginning of the session.
- At the beginning of the session, please kindly;
- Ask participants to turn off their cell phones.
- Inform that photograph is not permitted to be taken within the session rooms.
- Q&A will be conducted for some minutes (Invited: 5 min. / Oral: 5 min.) for each presentation.
After the presentation, please inform the participants that the questioner is to raise their hands for delivering the microphone.
