On-line Registration

Pre-Registration : From April 1 to May 31, 2018 June 15, 2018

Regular Conference Fee Includes;

- Admission to All sessions(Except Tutorial Sessions), Conference Kit, and Refreshments

Tutorial Fee Includes;

- Only Tutorial Sessions(Excluding Tutorial Book), Refreshments
**Tutorial Book is only available to the tutorial registrants.

IMPORTANT NOTE

At least, one author of each accepted abstracts must complete his/her full day registration and pay the registration fee; otherwise the abstracts will be withdrawn from the final program and the proceedings publication.

• By Bank Transfer

Please make the bank transfer to the below account provided. (Sender’s name MUST BE identical with the registrant’s name).

• All bank remittance charges should be paid by the sender.
• In order to confirm your payment, please send the remittance slip via e-mail (reg@icmap-2018.org) or fax (+82-42-472-7459).
• After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the ICMAP-2018 secretariat including your registration number and other information via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the secretariat on (reg@icmap-2018.org) or +82-42-472-7460.

Refund policy

Please notify ICMAP2018 secretariat in writing to reg@icmap-2018.org to request a refund and cancel your registration. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice after the conference.
